at the Ontario Convention Center during the weekend of
the Folk Dance Festival. Remember, if you do not
pre-register and instead elect to by your package at the FDF
weekend you
will not be able to obtain a banquet table seating
assignment with the community of your choice. |

Description |

Any dancer age (8) eight and under
whose group is performing in Division III, may purchase a
Division III package instead of the Full Participant's
Package. All other dancers, choral participants, directors &
chaperones must purchase a Full Participant's Package.

NOTE: Parents, if you do not purchase a full
participant's package you
will not be able to attend meal functions with your
children. Also, you will be required to purchase individual
night event passes to supervise and attend evening events
with your children i.e. Carnivals, DJ dances, Glendia etc.. |

| Refund
Policy |
|
|
|
All
requests for refunds must be submitted in writing or by
email before
January 31st, 2008. A $25 processing fee for refunds will be
withheld. No refunds will be given after January 31st, 2008. |

Check Policy |
|
|
| All
returned checks will be sent to collections. The Folk Dance
& Choral Festival will not have the option to re-submit
checks after they’ve bounced the first time. |
