In order to reserve a room you must be registered for FDF. You will receive a special housing code in your confirmation. If you have not registered yet please click here. If you have already registered you have two options to make a Hotel Room Reservation for this year’s FDF in Ontario, CA:

(Make sure you have your special housing code available before you proceed.)

Option #1 - Online
Click here to make a reservation using the Ontario Convention & Visitor’s Bureau online hotel registration website. This method is recommended for making individual reservations. If you are going to make five reservations for five different people, each reservation has to be imputed individually. For multiple reservations five or more, it is recommended to fax in the reservations to the Housing Bureau.

Option #2 - Fax

Simply download the housing form, complete each housing form for each individual you are making the reservation for and fax the form(s) back to: Ontario Convention and Visitors Bureau 909-937-3070.

Miscellaneous Information
1. Always print clearly and include your e-mail address. This important for the following reasons:
a. A confirmation number will be emailed to you to advise you that the Housing Bureau has received your reservation request.
b. A second confirmation will be e-mailed to you once the hotel has entered your reservation into their hotel block.
c. Also, if someone else will be paying for your room, please call the hotel to request a third party credit card authorization form. Please complete and fax back to the hotel prior to your arrival. (only if third party or credit card cannot be present at time of check in).
2. Please wait four business days after the cutoff date of (January 23, 2008) to make any changes to your reservation or to add/make reservations. This is very important to remember.
